Natural rubber sheeting are a high-demand elastomer solution with SGS/RoHS2.0 and ASTM certification. This specialty grade product uses a high natural rubber content combined with other polymers and stabilizers to achieve adaptive performance in low to medium pressure environments. These sheets are precision calendered with thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 100mm and exhibit uniform density (±0.2mm tolerance) on standard 1m×2m formats or continuous 1.2m wide rolls. Ideally suited for static load scenarios, with tensile strengths ranging from 8Mpa to 20Mpa and elongations from 300% to 700% (ASTM D412), natural rubber sheeting provides durable coverage for workshop benches, conveyor skirts, and equipment liners. Custom die-cutting services enable precise gasket contours for sealing non-critical joints in HVAC and light industrial systems.
Surface versatility: Customizable smooth in both sides OR 1/2 With sides cloth OR 1 side With bonding layer OR 1 side With anti-slip texture, which can enhance anti-slip properties.
