The flame retardant grade increases gradually from HB, V-2, V-1 to V-0:

1. 1.HB: The bottom level for UL94. For samples 3mm - 13 mm, the burning speed <40 mm/minute, thickness< 3 mm, the combustion speed <70 mm/minute
2. 2.V-2: After testing for two 10s of combustion, the flame was extinguished within 60s.
3. 3.V-1: After testing for two 10s of combustion, the flame was extinguished within 60s. no combustion.
4. 4.V-0: After testing for two 10s of combustion, the flame was extinguished within 30s. no combustion.

KEY FEATURES:

• Base polymer: Neoprene (CR) with other polymers and flame retardants.
• Flame retardant rubber is vulcanized using standard methods, low smoke concentration.
• The product retains the acid and alkali resistance of CR and has good anti-aging performance.
