Tianjin China Rubber Co., Ltd. produces 3mm insertion rubber sheets that are ASTM tested and SGS/RoHS2.0/REACH certified, with precision engineered fabric reinforcements for structural stability in high shear applications. With one or more layers of nylon cloth reinforcement, these sheets are able to maintain good stability without delamination in some harsh conditions, making them ideal for diaphragm seals and hydraulic press liners.
We can produce environment-specific insertion rubber sheets using different polymers, such as reinforced neoprene rubber sheet, NBR insertion rubber, SBR insertion rubber and etc. for wear, oil, chemical, corrosion and other application environments, which can give full play to the best performance. For corrosive environments, our reinforced neoprene rubber sheet uses a CR/SBR blended compound with a Shore hardness of 75 and 3 layers of polyester fiber reinforcement (this can be added or subtracted as required).
